I used mini loaf pans and then I vacuum sealed them into individual meals. It tastes very good.

In reply to Emily. Hi Emily. I understand busy family schedules! This recipe really has little prep and cook time and I've never tried it in a slow cooker but I would cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 7-8 hours.
