Loaded Reese’s Pieces Cookies

I make so many different types of cookies all throughout the year, and especially at Christmas time. So I know my cookies, and these Loaded Reese’s White Chocolate Chip Cookies are absolutely delicious! Real butter gives them a chewy around the edges but soft in the middle texture, and they’re positively packed with Reese’s Pieces, white chocolate, and peanut butter chips.

The Ingredients

Here’s what you’ll need to make the Reese’s White Chocolate Chip Cookies (the exact measurements and full recipe instructions are below in the printable recipe card):

  • All-purpose flour – when measuring the flour, you can scoop the measuring cup right into the flour. I find that with this recipe, spooning the flour into the cup doesn’t work well. Scooping the measuring cup into the flour packs more flour into the cup, and that works fine for this recipe.
  • Baking soda
  • Butter – use regular salted butter.
  • Light brown sugar
  • Granulated sugar
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • White chocolate chips
  • Peanut butter chips – Reese’s makes wonderful peanut butter chips, but any peanut butter chips that you like will work.
  • Reese’s Pieces
