oml i was using this and it suprisingly actually was fluffy, but don’t and i mean don’t leave the batter out it will be less fluffy if u do

I made these for my husband and I this morning and I have never had a fluffier pancake in my life!
I even substituted 3/4 of the milk for buttermilk and they still came out bouncy and light with a wonderful flavor.

In reply to Mallory. Hi Mallory. I haven't experimented with altering this recipe too much but you should be ok with 3 tbsp.

If I only added 3 tbsp of butter, would there be a significant impact to the pancakes? Could I substitute 1 tbsp with something else to reduce the over all fat content? Please let me know. Thank you!
